Looking for the perfect island getaway? Discover this charming beach house on Isle of Palms. Situated between the beach (Station 42) and Isle of Palms Marina, and only blocks from Wild Dunes Resort, it offers easy access for golfers, beach lovers, and boaters. The home features hickory floors, a fully equipped kitchen, a ping pong table, and a relaxing outdoor patio. With 4 brs (3 kings, 1 queen), baby gear, and beach essentials, it’s the ideal retreat. So book now for an unforgettable stay!

First floor:
- Spacious open living area with sectional sofa, Smart TV, and ping pong table
- Dining area with table seating eight
- Kitchen with all modern appliances and bar stool seating for two
- Primary bedroom with king bed, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom with glass enclosed shower, walk-in closet, and direct patio access
- Laundry room with washer/dryer
- Half bathroom
- Furnished outdoor patio with fire pit
Second floor:
- Second bedroom with king bed, Smart TV, and workspace with desk and chair
Third floor:
- Third bedroom with queen bed
- Fourth bedroom with king bed
- Second full bathroom
GUEST ACCESS:
Guest will have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage which is used for owner's storage.
There is parking for multiple vehicles in the large driveway out front.

Please be aware that the fireplace in our home is currently inoperable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Your safety and comfort are our priority. In the unlikely event of a MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER FOR CHARLESTON COUNTY during your stay, rest assured that both the Owner/Host and the Property Management Company WILL REFUND 100% OF YOUR PAYMENTS. Once refunded, neither party will have further liability regarding your Reservation.
Please note that ONLY MANDATORY EVACUATIONS WILL QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS. No other travel disruptions due to weather, whether in South Carolina or other states, are eligible. For protection, consider travel insurance, especially in high-risk months like hurricane season. Airbnb's insurance or other options are recommended.
INSECTS
As Charleston is situated in a warm, coastal climate it is possible to see insects inside or outside of the home at times. These include palmetto bugs, sand gnats, mosquitoes, ants, etc. Those who live in the Lowcountry just accept this as part of living here but it may be unsettling for those from other areas. The home is treated regularly for pest control but this will not entirely eliminate insects from getting inside at times. Please do your best to not keep doors and windows open and not leave food or drinks out in the home as this will attract insects. FINDING AN INSECT IS NOT CAUSE FOR A REFUND
