Please note that using the outdoor pool/hot tub heater and the gas fireplace will result in additional charges. The pool/hot tub heater will incur a fee of $100 per 24 hours, while the outdoor gas fireplace will result in a fee of $100 per 8 hours. The property reserves the right to charge a refundable deposit.
