This Florida Style house is located in a very safe, quiet, and family friendly neighborhood , 1.5 mile away form Atlantic Ocean and beautiful white, sandy beaches . Newly redesigned Pompano Beach beach area , has plenty of beach accesses, parking , a snack bar area, playgrounds and water fountains for kids.Also, beautiful shops, breakfast places,ice cream and coffee shops nearby, amazing dinning on the beach: The Beach House and Oceanic restaurants , offer stunning views of the Atlantic ocean.
Lauderdale- By -The- Sea Pier, only few minutes drive, open 24/7/ for fishing, featuring a cafe , breakfast,dinner & live music.

Many restaurants, grocery stores, and night life areas within walking distance.
Luxurious and furnished with brand new furniture, marble floors, large heated pool, tropical landscaping, central air conditioning and heating, WI-Fi.
The master bedroom features marble floors, a king size bed (premium linen), smart TV , master bath with combo shower/hot tub.
Second bedroom features also, a king size bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twin bed with trundle that sleep 4. A pull out full size sofa, very comfortable in the family room , sleeps 2.
A second bathroom ,with beautiful marble floors and walls, also features a combo shower/tub.
The kitchen , fully equipped, has an open floor area to the family room , with beautiful granite counter tops and back splash, and a bar area that seats 4 , where you can enjoy your breakfast or a glass of wine. The dining room area opens thru a french style door to the patio with pool views.Dining table seats 6 . You can cook and serve delicious meals and entertain with family and friends!
Family room has a 60'' TV screen , with cable channels and WI-Fi, and a large leather sofa .
Large outdoor area has a covered patio with dining table, BBQ , solar system heated, over sized pool ( no extra charge), where you can swim, or relax on comfortable pool lounge chairs. Beautiful tropical landscaping surrounds the entire backyard, with plenty of sun and shade.
To make your stay more enjoyable, we provide bicycles, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler.
Also, for babies, pack and play, high chair, blankets. Toys and games for children , as well as pool floats, balls etc. The backyard is fully fenced, also baby guard around the pool , door bolts and patio door pool alarm. Your children safety is our priority!

Tired property but close to the beach
The owners were very responsive, the property close to the beach. The property itself is tired and worn. The solar pool never got above 72 and we were there for 2 months. Broken ice maker that the host didn’t want to repair, scuffed up walls, mismatched furniture, barely operational laundry equipment and tired beds. If you want to be close to the beach and can overlook the rest it’s a great location. If you’re looking for a special experience this wouldn’t be for you

Stated for an extended weekend with family. Kitchen is nice and well stocked with any cooking supplies that would be needed. Good-sized bbq too. Enjoyed our stay.

False advertisement
We booked this place for 2 reason. The baby essentials which made our trip a bit easier & the #1 main reason was the “heated” pool. It’s advertised as "heated pool" BUT the real description is actually "it's only going to be heated if the sun is out pool".. My girlfriend who is very pregnant was looking forward to the pool since she's not allowed to use a jacuzzi like the other places offered because she's pregnant. The pool stayed ice cold since it was gloomy our entire trip! We could’ve booked a cheaper place!!! One of the sinks has 0 water pressure & one of the shower heads does not work at all, so you’re stuck using 1 bathroom for either showers or to simply brush your teeth. There was no toilet paper nor paper towel, we had to buy our own. Like I said the only good thing about this place was the fact that they had baby stuff I.e stroller, crib, high chair etc

We had an amazing time staying at this property. It was close to the things I wanted to do but we decided to cookout and enjoy family time by the pool instead. House was clean and beautiful. Wish he had more time there.

My family and I stayed for a week here and it was the perfect place to stay! Very homey and cozy. The baby/toddler/child accommodations are incredible. You literally only need to bring their clothes! The backyard was our favorite spot to be! The pool is beautiful and the landscape really gives you that tropical getaway you’re looking for! Would 100% stay again!

This was a nice quiet place to stay, with a nice pool and outdoor seating. We did have a car which is needed to go to the beach. Nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The host is very responsive when having questions.

Comfortable house with great outdoor area
2nd time staying here and I do love this house. I love the deep pool and the covered area out back. I spent the majority of the week there. The kitchen is great with everything I needed to cook. Main area is very spacious between kitchen dining and den The beds are comfortable and have nice bedding. And the owners are very responsive Hope to be back again.

I was impressed with the priperty being as listed! We also loved the family oriented neighborhood and access to all of our needs. All instructions were explicit and easy. We will definitely use this property again and tell others!

Everything was as advertised. It was clean and welcoming! Loved the area and the amenities. Our only complaint was that the master bedroom bed was too soft. But definitely not a deal breaker! Communication with the owner was prompt and much appreciated! Overall, we had a great time there!

Great House Great Location Great Host
This was a great house. It was probably the cleanest house we’ve ever stayed in. When we checked in the floors were shiny and it smelled clean. There wasn’t any dust in the house at all. The bathrooms were modern and had nice towels. The house came well stocked and there were a lot of good spices available for cooking. The location of this house is really good with several routes to the beach that one can take to avoid the congestion on Atlantic Ave. Cypress Rd is the main N/S street closest to the house and parallels US 1, this is a quick way to get to Ft. Lauderdale which is about 1-2 miles south. There is a Publix .5 miles from the house. Plenty of good restaurants in the area. The Host was wonderful. She got us a new toaster when we let her know that the one in the house was broken. We actually arrived a day early and stayed in a local hotel. When we got up on the day of checkin, I texted the host about the possibility of an early checkin. She messaged back that the house cleaning was done the day before and said we could check in anytime. We were in at 10:00am! On our last day, she texted me early in the morning to let me know the cleaners would be coming the next day and said we could checkout anytime we wanted. All in all a wonderful experience.

Wonderful vacation
We loved this vacation home. The inside was very comfortable. I felt right at home in the kitchen. Everything I needed was there. The outdoor area was the best. We enjoyed the pool because it went to 7 feet so we could really swim in it. The area around the pool made it feel so private. The neighborhood was very nice and safe. I went on long walks every morning and evening with the dog. There were lots of sidewalks do it was nice. People I passed were all so friendly. We were close to all our favorite restaurants and the beach was just over a mile. I had no issues at all with the house so never needed to contact the owners We travel to Pompano often and hope to stay again. Everything was perfect.

Wonderful place we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again when coming to Florida.

A Lovely Little Oasis
We enjoyed our week at the house. While the house itself was fine, the yard was an oasis and by far where we spent most of our time. It really does feel like a little slice of paradise in the back yard. The mango tree in the front yard was a delightful surprise! Things to know: -there are ample towels and things in the closet -bikes and beach toys galore in the laundry room -the main part of the house is very open which allowed a lot of space for the dogs to safely play and wrestle -the Wi-Fi was fantastic when I needed it to be but it did fluctuate significantly (which isn’t a controllable factor for the owners but is a thing to be aware of) The owners were overwhelmingly kind. When I made a mistake on our booking they allowed us to extend our stay at the very last minute.

Felt like an Intruder
Nice place. great pool. Signs everywhere warning of fee assessment for everything from clogged toilets, damaging bedding in washer, frozen AC coils, and energy consumption. We were insulted by all the threats of fee imposition and never felt like "home". Really diminished the experience.
