This Welcoming Beauty boasts a KING-BED & a Standard-Size CRIB in the Owner's Suite, a QUEEN-BED in the 2d bedroom & a QUEEN-BED in the 3d Bedroom. The 2d & 3d bedroom will have a white noise machine for your relaxation & comfort.

You will be able to whip up a great meal in the fully-stocked Kitchen, relax in the cozy Living Room, enjoy the comfortable beds, or chill in the shaded backyard.

Guests will enjoy a nice selection of individually-wrapped Folgers coffee, creamer, and a varied selection of tea flavors. Guests will also enjoy the self check-in, check-out & will have full access to the entire house except a locked supply closet.

- Strict disinfecting/cleaning protocols will be adhered to to ensure your & your Family's health safety.

- NO smoking/vaping inside the house or within 10 feet of any entry point. All doors and windows MUST be fully closed while smoking outside. Pick up after yourself and dispose it on the outside garbage can.

- NO hosting parties, or events, or get-togethers at the house. Only Guests on the reservation are allowed at the house. Visitors must be pre-approved first. There are cameras front & back to monitor amount of Guests.

- An encompassing Vacation Rental Agreement (VRA) is listed under the House Rules Tab. Please read it in its entirety to ensure our property will be the best fit for your stay.

- By proceeding with your booking, you are hereby agreeing that you have fully read the VRA and will abide by it.
