We are Alessandro and Angela, an Italian couple who have been living in Paris for ten years. For 5 years we live in this apartment but we happen to travel for work and then we give the opportunity to other people to live and enjoy Parisian life in a lively neighborhood and full of new experiences to discover
Why they chose this property
I wouldn’t live in any other neighborhood in Paris. Below the house there are 3 metro lines, it is easy and fast to go by train to disneyland and other areas of interest in the south of the region. There are many bars, cinemas and shops but above all there is a fanstastico open market every Thursday and Sunday where you can buy fruits and vegetables, French and foreign products at very attractive prices. The weekend is attended by people from every district who come here to Bastille to make aperitifs. And if you want to sunbathe...when there is.... there is the historic Place des Vosges where you can relax and read a good book.
What makes this property unique
The fact that it is a triangular apartment :) The wooden beams make this space of 279,862 sqm a warm and special environment for those who can settle for small spaces in a unique neighborhood.
