With dramatic mountain views and a 7-minute walk to Fernie's historic downtown, we welcome you to enjoy the mountain living experience in the comfort of our spacious modern home. Two main-floor living areas and an open kitchen provide plenty of space, with easy access to the backyard deck, BBQ, and hot tub. In-floor heat and a gas fireplace will warm you up after a day on the slopes and comfortable beds will ensure you are rested and ready for the next day's adventures.
The space
You will appreciate the spacious and inviting atmosphere of our home the minute you walk through the door.
MAIN FLOOR
The main floor has an open-concept kitchen, dining and living room, and easy access to the backyard with BBQ and private hot tub. In addition, the front den offers great morning light and a comfortable quiet spot for that morning coffee or evening nightcap.
UPSTAIRS
Upstairs, the master bedroom has vaulted ceilings and incredible views and includes a spacious ensuite with a soaker tub and walk-in shower.
Two additional bright and spacious bedrooms give great views and all three bedrooms feature individually controlled heat and air conditioning. For additional comfort, all of our beds are dressed in hotel-quality linens.
In the summer, watch local outdoor enthusiasts ride by from our front patio or enjoy hours on the backyard deck while you dine and relax after your epic day in Fernie.
Our driveway has plenty of space for two large vehicles and street parking is available.
This is truly an all-year-round location.
Guest access
We are located in the Annex neighborhood of Fernie, a short 7-minute walk to downtown amenities, or check out one of the many great restaurants within a couple blocks of our home. You will have access to two parking spots and back alley access to our fenced yard, which provides a place to store your bikes. It is a short drive to Fernie Alpine Resort and the city trail system is only a couple blocks away.

This is a pet-free home and guest are not permitted to bring their pets. Fines will be issued if there is evidence of an unauthorized pet stay.
The home has not been childproofed and is not suitable for exploring toddlers due to the concrete floor at the base of stairs and live plants.
