Security Deposit Options:
1. A refundable damage deposit of $4,000USD in cash on arrival OR
2. A non-refundable insurance fee of $199 USD, payable by credit card prior to arrival
Please note that bookings for 24 guests or less include 12 bedrooms, 25 - 26 guests includes 13 bedrooms etc. Regardless of the group size, the property will remain entirely exclusive to the group renting it.
