The space is a two story apartment with entry on the bottom floor. Downstairs features a living room with a comfortable couch and chair to enjoy streaming on the 55 inch TV. The living room has a desk for working from home and coat closet under the stairs. It also has two large windows that allow for a lot of light in the apartment. There is a dining room table and dining area to enjoy meals. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. It has stovetop, oven, microwave and an Instapot. The bedrooms and bathroom are located up one flight of stairs. There are two bedrooms upstairs that both have plenty of closet space for guest use. The first bedroom has a queen size bed with TV. The second bedroom features two twin beds. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower, new sink and vanity. There front door also a security gate. The apartment is comfortable and feels like a home when traveling to the Sacramento area. Guests will have access to the whole apartment and the shared laundry room onsite. Our property is managed by TK Property Group, Inc. Sandy and Tarryn will be available throughout your stay to provide you with any assistance you may need. In the event of a maintenance emergency or needed repair they will coordinate with the guest and vendor to take care of any issues. The best way to reach them is through Airbnb messenger. The apartment is located in a suburban neighborhood in the Arden-Arcade area. The neighborhood is centrally located to restaurants, Arden Fair mall, Kaiser Permanente Sacramento Medical Center, Sacramento State University and Cal Expo. Also conveniently located near Loehmann's Plaza. It is about a 20-30 minute commute to downtown Sacramento business centers. There is no parking on site. There is street parking in front of the property. There is ride sharing available in Sacramento. You will need a car to commute independently without using ride share. Please note the following: 1. There is high speed Comcast internet available for guests. 2. There is no on site parking available. There is off site parking in front of the property on a first come first serve basis. 3. The property is located in a suburban neighborhood but features a security fence and a security gate on the front door for additional guest safety. 4. The building has 4 units total and there is one shared laundry room for all tenants on site at the back for the property.
