Welcome to the River House! Our beautiful family friendly home is located minutes from downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City. Come and enjoy the amazing Sierra Foothills in our spacious peaceful home. Your will have access to all the foothills have to offer from shopping and great restaurants in town to hiking trails, the Yuba River and lakes. You will enjoy spacious and comfortable accommodations. We welcome you to beautiful Nevada County and are excited to host you in our home. Our home is spacious one floor home featuring 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds and a cozy living room. We offer a fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs. The backyard has a beautiful deck with patio furniture and a grill. Perfect for enjoying the clean air. Guests also have access to the two car garage and plenty of off street parking in the driveway. The bunk bed room also has offers a space for children to rest and play comfortably. Our home is comfortable and inviting for our guests. Guests will have access to the whole home. There is one closet that is locked for owner use only. The rest of the home including the garage are available for guests. Our property is managed by TK Property Group. They will be available to assist with any questions or assistance you may need during your stay. Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood under a mile away from downtown Grass Valley. You will need a car to get around the area especially to visit other local area attractions such as Nevada City, the Yuba River or local lakes such as Rollins Lake. There is a local bus service that runs during the day. Taxi's are also available in the evening if you enjoy a night out at any of the local bars, restaurants or concert venues.
