Our home offers a central location located about 7-8 minutes from Grass Valley and Nevada City. 5 min from Rollins Lake ,15 min from Scott’s flat lake and yuba river.10 min from Nevada country club golf course . 20 min from Alta Sierra country club both beautiful and affordable. Lots of fun ! Our home has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The backyard has outdoor furniture to enjoy as you BBQ on the outdoor grill, and a lovely 6 person Hot Tub. We look forward to hosting you. Pulling in you will see our massive floral garden . The property has over two dozen rose bushes. The home has comfortable beds with plenty of closet space. Three bedrooms have TVs and there is a 70 inch TV in the living room. The full bathrooms are nicely appointed and offer the option of a relaxing shower or bath. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make great meals for your group and there are plenty of seats at the table also. Our backyards are a key feature of our property. We have a comfortable patio area right off the living room with outdoor seating, a fire pit, ping pong table, grill and rose bush lined hot Tub. The fully fenced back meadow is full of pine trees , and a variety of fruit baring trees along with plenty of open space. Guests will have access to all of the property except the garage. Our property is managed by TK Property Group, Inc. They are a local property management company serving Nevada and Placer counties. Located in a quiet neighborhood just outside of town. Natural surroundings with neighbors nearby. There is a fully stocked market just minutes away and we are just 10 minutes away from Safeway, Walgreens and Ace Hardware. Near the market there is also a town favorite bar Uncle Sonny's with pool, shuffle board, Touch tunes and Karoke on Tuesday nights. For those that enjoy the great outdoors our property is located 15 minutes from the Yuba River State Park and less then 10 minutes away from Greenhorn Access to Rollins Lake. There are also local hiking trails and paths or you can enjoy a picnic at the Empire Mine State Park. You will need a car to get to the property and to local nature spots. You will need a car to visit nearby cities Grass Valley, Nevada City and Colfax. We have local taxi services in our area but there are limited to no ride share options. 1. Our home does have fiber optic 1000 mbps internet so you can work remotely using the internet provided. 2. Any amenities provided including the fire pit and the ping table are to be used at the guests own risk.
