Centrally located 10 minutes' drive to Eau Gallie, beaches, downtown Melbourne. 5 minutes' drive to Aldi, Walmart, Golf Course and gym.
The house contains 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Plus, an extra room that can be use as remote workplace and/or children and adult's playroom. Books, games boards are located there.
Also, the backyard offers a space for BBQ, outdoor seating and a playground for infants.
We also offer a laundry room with washer and dryer, covered carpool and additional parking. Total parking can accommodate 3 cars.
The Smart TV has all the apps downloaded (Disney, Amazon Prime, Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, Pluto...) all you need is log in/out with your account.
Wi-fi is high spend great for work from home. You can connect to your VPN, ERP systems and video calling without any connection issue. We also offer a 2nd monitor to facilitate your work.
