Truly fantastic Cabin!!

Beautiful cabin with terrific views & close to Eureka Sorings! Only one complaint & that is the hot tub wouldn't work on our last night stay!

Weekend Getaway!

This house was perfect for us!! We traveled with 2 other couples to have a relaxing slow paced weekend. The house was well stocked & we loved the outdoor Fire Pit.

Amazingly quiet

Just what we needed for an amazing getaway. The hot tub house was awesome with its views and all the amenities. We brought more than we needed but didn’t want to leave once we got to the cabin and we succeeded. Looking forward to making another trip.

Awesome hot tub haven

What a fun, spacious home to spend a weekend with a large group of friends! Everything was clean and had plenty of rooms/patios to enjoy some quality time with your family/friends. The bathrooms didn’t have any hairdryers or shampoo so come prepared. The backyard views of the lake were incredible. I would definitely go back again!

GREAT STAY!!!

This place is perfect for a weekend away. There were 4 of us couples - we had a blast. We played pool, darts, sat in hot tub; repeat, repeat, etc. Our husbands played PS3 games, watched football, hung out by the campfire - just a great relaxing weekend away! The rooms were all good size and all but 3 of them have bathrooms inside the rooms. The house could use a deep clean, but it was good enough for us. We will be back!

Great time spent with family.

The house was great with lots of room for the 7 of us. The house has a beautiful setting with view of fall foliage in the back of the cove. House was completely furnished with towels, all cooking utensils, coffee pot mid floor and down stairs. Bring your meals and cook there. It's a 19 minute drive to Eureka Springs for groceries or dining at a restaurant. Everyone was very pleasant to speak to and promptly answered any questions or took care of any issue you may have. Could use more pictures of the place inside and out. The last mile of road in was horrible dirt gravel although they try to keep it graded but many pot holes you have to dodge. The house looked to be pretty clean but when you spill and wipe up the the floor you get dirt. Could use a deep cleaning. In all we were very happy with stay.

Girls Trip

We’ll definitely be staying here again. We took advantage of ever amenity. The upper porch w/ the dinning table was amazing. Fire pit in the evening was relaxing. The beds were extremely comfortable. Loved the bed set up!! It’s hard to find houses w/ that many large beds. Most people just want to “sleep” as many as possible forgetting about comfort. We’ll be back!!

Nice Couples Getaway

The property was capacious and as described. The highlights, besides the lakeside location were the billiards room, the two full length porches overlooking the woods and lake (including one that's air conditioned), and the remote location not far from Eureka Springs. We boated and kept the boat overnight at the Beaver Lake Cabins marina ($20 per night dockage). The ice-maker was broken and we had to request kitchen linens, but most everything else was good, and the place was full of technology. Great getaway and plenty of room for us three adult couples. The hot tub was very zoomy.

Hands down our favorite place. House is quiet, bed and bedding are comfortable, plenty to do, the dock set up is amazing. It’s our favorite!! Please don’t spread the word as we will come back again and again and again

Great lake getaway!

We had an amazing time at this property! The house is as beautiful as the pictures. The staff was helpful and friendly. We rented a slip for our boat and the dock is great. We loved all of the non-motorized water equipment you can use at your leisure. Everything is well kept and there is plenty to do. We are already talking about our next trip to the hot tub cabin!

Beautiful Inviting Home with many amenities

The BLC home is a great place for families or couples or groups to gather. The large sunroom is a beautiful space for gathering and the kitchen works well for food preparation. The bedrooms are all the perfect size and would accommodate most everyone's needs. Each has a beautiful view and deck space. We loved the firepit area and also the downstairs pool room. Although we did not use the hot tub it is conveniently located on the back deck with privacy. Our group was 4 couples and each felt like they were accommodated well with private spaces and yet gathering spots for us all. Each bedroom has a bathroom and then additional bathrooms which is a plus for a larger group. We did have issues on the 2nd night of our stay with plumbing which prevented the guests from using their bathroom showers and toliets but it was resolved on the 3rd day when management was able to contact a plumber that was dispatched to take care of the situation. We had some other minor situations and management was quick to resolve those things for our group. We did feel like the house might need to have a very good deep cleaning with the fans, bathrooms, floors and kitchen but overall the home was in good condition. The dock has many amenities and was a beautiful place to lounge and relax. Some of our group fished, boated and kayaked. We would definitely return to this property. Things do happen but they were open and honest with us about what was happening and how they were working to resolve things and that was much appreciated. It's a great and peaceful spot. We did see deer, the albino squirrel and several chipmunks. Fun place.

Amazing Property

This place was amazing. It is exactly like the pictures. Everything that you could want or need is there. We stayed for 5 nights as pre-wedding family time. The staff in the office were helpful every time we asked a question or needed something. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The home was comfortable and every convenience was available. Perfect for a sibling reunion.

The firepit and the sunroom became our favorite places. We talked, laughed, and visited for days. The kitchen was well stocked for our 4 gourmet meals. The TVs were not turned on. And the pool table used only once. We will come back in 2 years. Also, very friendly office staff.

Wonderful, well appointed home, so much to do!

Our family had a wonderful time enjoying all this home had to offer. The game room, hot tub, fire table, great kitchen, plenty of room for all 10 of us. Lots of complimentary water sports at the dock. The management was friendly and accommodating . We plan to return!

A very nice home. Clean, nice amenities.

The home was very nice...well maintained and clean. The floors, furniture, bedrooms and kitchen were all clean...bathrooms, too. The bedrooms were well furnished and the beds were comfortable. The bed spreads were classy and reminded me of my Mom’s house. The kitchen had all of the appliances and utinsels we needed. Garbage cans were clean. Loved the climate controlled sunroom which contained the dining room table and comfortable couch. The screened in porch with hot tub was also a big hit. A good assortment of movies to watch. The only drawback is the dusty road to get there. I imagine it also serves as a deterrent for those not having any business or homes on the road. Would certainly stay here again and recommend to others. The staff was also very nice and accommodating.

Great family getaway

Our family of eight visited for spring break and even though the weather was rainy and cold, we have a wonderful time. The house is incredibly well maintained , spacious, and well-appointed for entertaining. We used the hot tub, pool table, dart board, 3D movies, and heated dock every day. The property was gorgeous!

The house was amazing. The decor was really warm and beautiful. Everything we could have wanted and more was provided. We did have an issue with the wifi which we were never able to access. The TV's and electronics all needed some assistance, but once we got settled the outdoor patios were amazing to have family dinner. The marina was so close and again had everything. We really enjoyed the paddle boards, and paddle boats. The pontoon rental was very reasonable and a great way to spend a sunny afternoon on the lake. We hope to be able to visit again.

Fabulous house with beautiful views of the Lake and the Ozarks

We had an amazing time at the Lake House - the house was spotless and extremely well appointed - everything was there! Everyone had plenty of space yet we all felt we were enjoying the house together - we loved the outside dining areas and the barbecue with heaters - every detail was well thought out! We enjoyed the pool table and darts board and great sound system! The hot tub was wonderful and very clean! We hired Chef Bryan - the food was excellent and he even got a gluten-free celebration cake for our graduate and left us with no dishes to wash! We would recommend for families or friends! Would definitely come back

The best place we've ever stayed!!

We stayed at the Beaver Lake Hot Tub Lake House this past weekend to celebrate 3 birthdays and enjoy the quaint town of Eureka Springs. We were so excited to experience the town but once we got to the house, it was really hard leaving! This home had it all...hot tub, a fire pit, state-of-the art kitchen, comfy beds and 3 private floors, fantastic views, professional decorating, pool table, music piped inside and out...I could go on and on! I've never stayed in such a clean (well thought out design) and beautiful home. We couldn't think of one thing that was missing! Thank you for making this such an amazing trip! We will definitely be back and I've already had 3 relatives view our pictures on facebook and want the VRBO number for their next trips! Thank you again, Don and Dana, Stacy, Kim and Sarah.

A Beautiful spot in the Ozarks

The lodge was GREAT! Had great views of the colors of fall, plenty of room for all to enjoy, and lots of hot water when all five of us were trying to get ready at the same time in the mornings! hahaha It was great girls weekend again always so sorry when it is over! Oh yeah the beds were so comfy....Was worried about the distance to Eureka Springs but actually it gave us more yak time between the ladies. You will not be sorry on renting this little gem.
