Welcome to our charming 1920s English Tudor Hacienda - Your cozy getaway awaits you in Los Angeles at this terrific house. Our home features warm colors and beautiful artwork, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. With three bedrooms, it's the perfect spot for guests to relax and unwind, and great for a month’s stay. The house has everything you need: heating, iron, washing machine, hair dryer, AC, and WiFi. Plus, with two bathrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone. The living room, with its arched cathedral ceiling, and the dining rooms are adorned with 8-foot windows that bring the beauty of the outdoors inside. Whether you're exploring the vibrant city or enjoying a quiet evening, we think our place will help you experience what Los Angeles has to offer.
Additional amenities include a shaded dining area in the front yard, two working fireplaces, an outdoor fire pit, A/C for warmer days, and an indoor/outdoor sound system. Thanks to LA's fantastic weather, enjoy the abundant natural light that fills our home. Step into the vibrant hardscape gardens in the backyard, complete with two pergola seating areas. Two seating areas are also in the front yard, perfect for enjoying outdoor lunches and dinners at any time of day.

We are professionals and creative people. We love to travel around the world, and we love jazz and fine wine. We love the outdoors and physical activity. Most of all, we love meeting new people from all over the world.
Why they chose this property
We've owned the house since 2003 and love its proximity to excellent museums and restaurants. We are also in the heart of LA with excellent access to Downtown LA, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica/Venice. We also love the people in the community—smart and friendly people.
What makes this property unique
The home was built in 1928 and has a lot of traditional California flavor. Our street is not a through street, so there is very little traffic, and it is quiet. The landscape is very comforting and relaxing. We have lots of privacy because of the Stone wall in front of the house.
