The space
The Stay:
- Where you'll sleep: Our home includes 3 bedrooms, equipped with queen sized beds and flat screen TV's. Each room is thoughtfully designed for comfort & convenience, featuring cozy linens and storage space. Additionally, the living room couch converts to a memory foam queen-size sleeper and the bonus room includes a memory foam queen size sleeper bed providing various options for rest.

- Bonus third bedroom/Game room:
Located just right outside, off the master bedroom, you can enjoy your very own bonus room /game room. Whether you'd like to watch a game or have some friendly competition, this room offers 2 large flat screen tv's, a game console that includes over 5,000 games (Including all super Mario bros games, Mario kart, mortal Kombat, contra and much more.), NFL blitz arcade, and plenty of board games to choose from. Celebrate your wins without the worry of noise as the room is double insulated for sound resistance. The room also includes a desk and can instead serve as practical & quiet dedicated work area.
-Bathrooms: The master bedroom en-suite provides an extra touch of convenience and privacy. Take a relaxing bath in the tub or enjoy the beauty of marble tile in the shower.
The second bathroom is also modernly designed with a spacious vanity and a well-appointed shower. Both bathrooms provide excellent lighting with mirrored vanity and rain shower heads.

- Living Room: The living room is perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. With a large 75 inch flat-screen TV that offers ample streaming options and surround sound speakers throughout, you can enjoy theatre-like experiences from the comfort of the home. Looking for a more quiet night? Make yourself comfortable and enjoy one of the many books our library offers.
- Kitchen: Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or just need to prepare a quick meal, you'll find everything you need here.
Start your day with a Keurig coffee and end the night with a glass of wine. Our fully equipped kitchen provides all the modern appliances, cookware, and utensils for a delightful home dining experience.

Outdoor Space: Take advantage of the pleasant Tampa weather and unwind in our outdoor oasis. The fenced-in yard offers privacy and comfort with a pergola-covered lounge area. You can simply sit by the fire pit to indulge the Tampa nights, Create the vibes with our surround sound outdoor speakers, or watch some movies or games on the flat screen TV. Our yard also offers a high-end artisan grill where you can show off your grilling skills and enjoy outdoor dining at the picnic table.

Guest access
Entire 3/2 home. The closet in the master bedroom will be locked as it's used as storage for cleaning supplies and storage. There is a 1/1 studio with completely separate driveway and entrance that may rented or vacant most of the time and can be rented with your stay for additional fee if it's vacant.
