We went to check out the University of Chicago. We were a mile or less from the center of campus, and maybe a 1/3 of a mile from the green line for forays to downtown and points more afield. We did it without a car. Nice place, responsive host. We would stay again.

What you see is what you get

I traveled to Chicago with my family (husband & 2 young adult sons) for a wedding. We needed 3 beds & 2 bathrooms. The property was exactly as advertised. It was very modern & spacious. I loved that there was a full kitchen that was stocked with supplies. It was quiet. I never heard any noise from neighbors. My only issue was the sheets were not clean. However, there was a washer & dryer & laundry supplies available, so I was able to fix that issue. My one suggestion would be adding a daybed or twin bed to the room that has just a toddler bed to make it more functiona for those without small children. Easy communication with the owner & no issues with a late check in. I would stay again.

One day trip for soccer match at Soldier Field

Great stay for my wife, son, grandson and myself. Only a one day stay so it was really only a place to sleep. Met Dantawn about 30 minutes before check in. Very polite and a gracious host. Nice place.

Makes me miss living in the city

Prefect location. Quiet block. Green line, Jamaica Jerk Spice, Robust, and cannot forget theblegend Johnny Twist! All within walking distance. Oh yeah did I forget The University of Chicago! Just everything a black professional and/or family could use. Will def be back

Woodlawn is a booming residential neighborhood with many new construction developments including this one! This location is perfect for commuting to many Chicago landmarks and tourist attractions such as the University of Chicago, the McCormick place, downtown Chicago, the Museum of Science and Industry and more.

What makes this property unique

This property is located on a very quiet and safe Bloch. A private parking spot in the back of the property is included at no additional charge. It is considered new construction with stainless steel and modern appliances throughout the unit! Master bedroom includes a his and hers sink and walk in closet with a Queen size bed. 1 bedroom is perfect for a toddler or little one, and the 3rd bedroom includes a full size bed with a desk for working space. Living room sofa also converts to a full size bed for more sleeping capacity!
