About this property

Upon your arrival at 92 Sanctuary, Mammoth Lakes, CA, 93546 you'll walk up two exterior steps to the front door landing. Once you enter through the front door to the interior landing you can either walk down two steps to the ground level or up a set of steps to the main level. From there you'll walk up another set of steps to the loft.

PLEASE NOTE:
* Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized linen, bedding and towels:
..... Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets and pillowcases on the pillows.
..... The 8 bath towels provided for your stay will be found on the bed in bedroom 1. The two hand and face towels will be found in each full bathroom with a bathmat.
* Hand soap, body wash, lotion, toilet tissue, facial tissue, paper towel, trash can liners, dish towel, kitchen sponge, liquid dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent pods will be found throughout the property
* There is no air conditioning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 92 Sanctuary has a lovely direct view of the meadow and the Sherwins. There’s a peek of Mammoth Mt. through the pines, and the creek runs right in front of the property. The condo was very well supplied and organized. Better than average pots, pans, dishes, etc., so if you plan to cook you’ll be pleased. No fault of the unit, but the design is such that the two bathrooms are downstairs. If people use the beds in the loft, it’s not a convenient arrangement. Overall for us, it was a great pick.

Excellent Place to Stay!

Just as described

Had a great week with my family. The place is just as described. We’ve stayed in Snowcreek multiple times and love the close proximity to the bus stop (stop #4) because you are first to get in and the last to leave so you don’t have to deal with crowds too much…the buses can get pretty crowded. The condo had plenty of supplies to cook with as well as games and puzzles. TV’s in both bedrooms is a plus. Seemed professionally cleaned.

Kitchen is sparsely equipped (not enough cooking utensils-broken crockpot), loose handles on pans, dated appliances,broken oven & broiler doors, sheet of ice frozen on bottom shelf of freezer, four tv/dvd remotes should be one universal remote, need more than one room fan for hot days, wood blinds broken & torn window screen in bedroom 2.

Great family stay and snow trip

We loved everything about this property - location was great with a beautiful view, it was clean and nicely decorated, the kitchen was well equipped, beds were very comfortable, and wifi worked well. Easy drive to skiing and snow play right outside. The property has three main levels so there is some stair climbing involved. The reservation process was easy. We would definitely come back.

Staying at Snowcreek during this unusual time when going out can be stressful we found to be the perfect retreat. Having the kitchen and amenities of Snowcreek made it so we hardly had to go anywhere. We could enjoy our condo and nature and not worry about crowds. The location of the condo gave us perfect views of the mountains and the meadow. We could bike along the creek or hike the many trails. The cleaning policy and and notices from Snowcreek made me feel extra safe and we appreciated all the work they did to make it possible to be open.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location and View

This was a very nice condo and we enjoyed our stay. The views from the balcony/deck were spectacular, and the back deck from the master bedroom opens onto a quiet, beautiful landscape, which is great for snow play. The electronic lock on the front door is user friendly and made check-in and everyday coming and going extremely convenient. The living/dining areas are roomy and comfortable. My family has rented several places in Mammoth and Big Bear and this one met my criteria of (1) short, easy walk to shuttle stop to ski areas in the day and to the Village in the evening/night, (2) adequate showers with plenty of hot water, (3) good heat (the heat comes on right away and quickly warms the place up), (4) sensible ski storage area and plenty of hooks for hanging up jackets, gloves, etc., and (5) dog friendly. The loft is wide open, so you cannot send the kids up to bed and then talk or watch TV without them hearing everything, but this was okay for us. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was due to some housekeeping issues upon arrival that were eventually resolved, but only at management's convenience and not ours (housekeeping leaves at 3:00 and will not come after that to remedy service failures). Fortunately, we also had a minor maintenance issue, and the maintenance person was kind enough to take care of the housekeeping issues as well. So the 4 stars for cleanliness were not due to the overall cleanliness of the property, which is in very good condition, but due to the particular housekeeping issues that we experienced, which I assume are uncommon.

Nice updated roomy condo with a view

This is a nicely updated condo with lots of extra overhead lights in comparison to other darker condos in that first phase of Snow Creek. Great amenities and wi fi, view of the meadow was serene. The only issue is the dryer sounds like it is dying! It thumps loudly. In fact I mistakenly thought it was an earthquake because you can feel the vibration upstairs!!

Great Stay in a Great Condo

We stayed here at Snowcreek Resort, Santuary, #92 for 3 nites! This place is awesome. Well appointed and clean. As you walk in there s a place to hang your jackets. You can walk down a few steps sit on a bench and take off your shoes. Also in this area is a washer and dryer and bathroom. From here you can walk into the master bedroom. Then you walk upstairs to a very spacious living room, dinning room and kitchen. Many areas for family to gather. From this area you can walk upstairs to a loft that has 3 twin beds. This was a very nice condo. Nicely decorated and clean. No complaints from this family, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.
