We booked this property last minute for a spring break getaway with our kids and dogs. It was extremely affordable which is often hard to find for a dog friendly accommodation. The location was perfect for exploring the Traverse City area. It was a quiet neighborhood and the assigned parking was nice. The dog park was a great feature for our dogs, and our son loved the hot tubs.
The property was sufficient for our trip. It was clean, quiet, relatively close to town, had a small dog park, nicely stocked with bedding, bath and kitchen goods. It was aesthetically nice like most of these VRBO's are but not always functional. There isn't a place to hang your clothes up or hang your coats, nor is there a dresser to put any clothes away. Not a deal breaker but something to consider. The most challenging issue we had was the lack of any humidity. It was extremely dry which can make for an uncomfortable trip if you don't have enough lotion or can't run the hot shower enough to add steam and sleeping can be a bit uncomfortable with all the dryness. The floor was a little cold too and could have used a few more rugs. The windows were great and allowed a lot of natural light in. It was really helpful to have laundry and dishwasher available onsite.
Super clean, lovely space that is exactly like the photos. Plenty of towels, beach towels, sheets etc available for use. Easy check in process, very helpful management. Highly recommend!

Traverse holiday weekend
The building is very new, Interior of unit is modern. Bed and bathroom were nice and kitchen was very useful.Tv was more than adequate. Entry to the main building is secure and the hot tub area on rooftop was nice even though we did not use it.The couple of negatives are the design of the building is like any four story mid-range hotel you would stay at, long noisy hallways that let all guests on your floor know you are rolling your suitcases and closing your door. I’m just used to using single family homes when we vrbo and it’s an adjustment to hearing the water running from your upstairs neighbor sink or bathroom. The reserved parking system with only one spot per unit is a problem waiting to happen and it reared its ugly head Saturday night. Went to dinner and got back around 9, our reserved spot was occupied even though we our reserved parking pass. All it takes is one car to accidentally or on purpose park in someone else’s spot and the dominoes began to fall. Had to contact Vrbo host to solve issue and was resolved, the multiple signs threatening being towed made it very concerning about parking in the incorrect parking spot.Extremely unthoughtful guests a few units down had a very anxious poodle that did not like being left alone for hours on end. Brought up issue on Friday night and it happened again for multiple hours on Saturday as we came and went, dog obviously has separation anxiety, we probably won’t stay here again. Tv
3 minutes from downtown. Nice restaurant (the cottage) 2 minute walk away. Very close to Old Mission Peninsula. The condo is beautifully done and decorated. It was very clean and has everything you could need for your short stay. The rooftop game area and hot tubs are amazing. We enjoyed a gorgeous night under the stars.
Apartment was very clean and as listed. Riley was a great host and responded immediately when had an issue with internet access. Building is right on eighth street and just enough grass area for pet to do business.
