Fenced yard with a tin cowboy shallow soaking pool. This is perfect for sun bathing and cooling off after a day in the Florida sun!

Ample driveway space for up to 2 vehicles.

★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY:
Package delivery to the door; guests are responsible for package retrieval and lost packages.

★ PROVISIONS:
Includes WiFi, Pack and Play, Smart TVs, ironing set, laundry facilities, and starter toiletries. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels not included.

★ GUEST SCREENING:
A check-in procedure for security will be conducted.

★ SAFETY:
We adhere to CDC cleaning and sanitation protocols, ensuring thorough disinfection. Surveillance cameras monitor the property's exterior for added security. Please note that the property has a groundskeeper that may access the pool for service, landscaping and other upkeep needs for exterior grounds.

★ EXTRAS:
We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request.

★ OBSERVATIONS:
Strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. There is a small studio ancillary unit that is rented to a long term tenant, this unit shares the washer and dryer amenity with the main house. Please do not disturb the tenant. ★ CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY:
Enjoy the tropical conditions and local wildlife. Regular pest control is in place.

Full access to the entire home.

Shorecrest is the quieter and more relaxed section of Miami, all while still being close to all of the action.

Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car or taking Uber.

Quiet hours after 10 PM.
Primary guest booking must be at least 21 years of age.
All guests must be registered with the Host.

Since we value privacy on our own travels, we generally give guests lots of space. But we're nearby and happy to help. We also offer full service concierge to our guests, should they need to book reservations, an in house massage, chef, boat or more.
