The living room offers comfortable, premium furnishings while the dining area offers seating for 6 with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The living room leads to a back deck with a private propane (provided) grill, perfect for the whole family to unwind and enjoy the sea-breeze.

This open-concept home outshines the rest, with it's outstanding designer décor and unique amenities. The fully-appointed and upgraded kitchen featuring stunning White Quartz counters, soft-close cabinets, stainless steel appliances, gas range with vent hood, convection oven, built in microwave, large sink, custom backsplash, large breakfast bar island with seating for three, and much more! There is also a dining table (with seating for 4) in the breakfast area that leads to the side porch, and couches around the natural gas fireplace!

Use the provided golf cart or bikes (there is a bike trail that will get you to the beach in about 5 minutes!) to get there quick!

Pool Access: Just a short stroll from the home lies the stunning Seasonally Heated Highland Parks community pool, which offers a collection of covered and uncovered seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls into the pool, a hot tub and a fire pit. The community pool area also has a four-story observation tower from which you can enjoy dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding Blue Mountain Beach.
