About this property
Peaceful Bungalow Overlooking Nature Preserve in Old Fort, NC
Escape to our delightful tiny home nestled in the serene, adventure-filled mountains of Western North Carolina. This cozy retreat offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway, whether you're here to unwind, work, or explore. Our town of Old Fort was recently named one of Outdoor Magazine's top 24 places to visit. Come mountain bike, hike, fly fish, paddle, or just relax with a cup of coffee and take in the views. This 2-bedroom, 1-bath tiny home will keep you comfy!
The Perch is located on our 2.5-acre property, directly behind our home, overlooking an old golf course turned nature preserve with year-round mountain views. The home includes a full kitchen, living room with a queen-sized pullout sleeper couch, dining area, work area, and laundry room. The entire space is about 700 sq. feet. There are two porches—one overlooking the pool and mountains and another facing the fire pit and nearly 500 acres of undeveloped forest.
Each room has a 32-inch TV with Hulu LiveTV, Disney+, and ESPN. In addition to the firepit, we offer a charcoal grill and rent the pool via the Swimply app to rental guests and non-rental guests. Our VRBO guests receive their first 2-hour pool reservation for free during the on-season. Additional pool time can be paid and reserved. All pool reservations are subject to availability. Check the physical manual for more information or message Emily.
