Unscheduled late checkout fee is $50 for a noon checkout and an additional $80 an hour thereafter.

Complementary supplies are provided on arrival. We cannot refill them after checkin.

Long-term guests (60 days+) will be required to sign a lease

Disturbances to neighbors (i.e. shouting, loud music and other noises) will not be tolerated and will result in a cancellation without refund

Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the property (indoor). Smoking is only allowed outside. If smoking is detected inside the house during your stay, it will result in a cancellation without refund plus smoking cleaning fee charge of $495.

Item return fee is $50 + cost of shipping.
