The Oasis Beach House is just 75 steps to the Hollywood Beach and Broadwalk, one of the top ten beaches in the USA. It is on the second floor, has a large Kitchen fully equipped. that opens out to the Pool and Deck. Living Room with 2 bedrooms and full dining room adjoining the kitchen and pool views.

A description of the Oasis Beach House by one of our guests who stayed in the Christmas unit:

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing poolside and beach-combing the shores of the Atlantic. The shade of the palm trees made a lovely retreat from the mid-day sun and the breeze from the ocean made the patio a happy haven all day. The room was sparkling clean, breezy, cozy and comfortable. The coastal Christmas theme was pretty and understated. This place is a treasure. The other guests are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing and uplifting. Sharing a cup of coffee or meeting up on the beach and chatting about delicious dining spots (close enough to walk to either along the Broadwalk or on the inland water way) with neighbors or Cathy and her crew were great ways to enjoy the local fare. Great fish everywhere...dinners that is!! From back here in winter, we miss squishing our feet in the sand while lounging beachside in the Oasis low-rider chairs, the sandpipers following the receding waves, and floating and watching the bright blue skies or the tropical rain showers and rainbow alike.

Birthday weekend

Cathy went out of her way to accommodate us. The location is perfect and this place has everything you need for the beach. All stores and restaurants within walking distance. Perfect weekend!

We will definitely book again!

Although there were some negative comments I decided to follow the positive ones which was a win. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and the walk-in tiled shower. The Broadwalk has many restaurants, bars, and shops. Download the electric shuttle APP for the Circuit and check out the 2 routes. We booked Circuit to take us to Marriott’s Latitude's restaurant where we enjoyed brunch and then walked back. The drivers were friendly and knowledgeable! One day we used it 4 times. We planned everything we did within their routes. I asked Nick, one of the drivers and my vote for ambassador of Hollywood Beach, about a casino with in their route and he told us about The Big Easy. The end of their route is the CVS and The Big Easy is across the road, so we booked the CVS and walked over. Ocean Alley, Bonny and Reads, Roco’s and Broadwalk were great. At Broadwalk say hi to Francine! The beach truly is steps away from your front door. My response to other reviewers’ negative comments: Lack of hot water: It was a challenge the first time but when we found the right temp we set it and didn’t have an issue the rest of the week. Musty smell: It’s Florida. It’s 90 outside and 74 inside. Yes, there was an occasional musty smell, but it didn’t affect our stay. The pictured loveseat has been replaced with a table and 2 chairs. It didn’t affect us because we sat under the lovely tiki hut on the comfortable sofas by the pool. As you plan your trip send questions to Cathy. She was very responsive!

A beautiful mini getaway

Came here for my birthday weekend and i honestly have nothing to complain about. Cathy and her husband (the ones who manage the property) are both so wonderful and helpful!!! I honestly felt welcomed. Everything was nice and clean and very well kept. Thank you for a wonderful mini getaway.

Beyond our expectation

So much to say! You can't get any closer than 5ft to the pool! Literally about 5 parking space walk to the beach! This place was so quiet and cute. It had everything we needed and close walk to everything. Two extra bonus: there were hooks everywhere to hang wet swim suits and towels, beach bag and hats. It was easy to stay organized. Second was the free washer and dryer about 10 feet away. I would highly recommend this place and I know we will be back!

Kathy & Paul were wonderful hosts. The property was exactly as advertised and very clean! Our favorite feature was the location…literally 75 steps from a beautiful beach!! The Broadwalk had multiple great restaurants/bars/gift shops! Highly recommend this property!!

VERY NICE STAY AT THE OASIS BEACH HOUSE

Pros: 75 steps from Hollywood beach. Private pool with tiki hut. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella all provided. On site free washer and dryer (have to bring your own detergent). Unit was furnished with fridge, stove, microwave, and sink. Love the waterfall shower in the bathroom. Owner Cathy was wonderful and provided us with everything we needed. Cons: We had our 12 son with us so it was a little crowded at bedtime. Sink in the kitchen needs to be fixed to adjust the spray. Was nice having everything we needed and not have to pay extra (like at a hotel). Next time in Hollywood Beach will be staying here. Also loved that they are going to be turning this into a retreat center for Christian pastors. Love it when the gospel of Jesus is proclaimed.

Perfect!

The Cabana Suite is the perfect place for a solo traveler or a couple. It is so close to the ocean, and the pool area was pleasantly peaceful. The caretakers are amazing and truly want everyone to have an enjoyable time. I would definitely stay here again. This property has a rich history and has been renovated for a bright future.

Spring Break 2023 with my daughter

The Perfect Long Weekend

The property was much nicer in person, which was a nice surprise. The cabana unit is the perfect size for two people and right outside the door is the pool and patio area. It was a much more intimate stay than a hotel or condo would have been. It was like a bed/breakfast or cottage type feel. It is a little bit of a walk to get to the businesses on the strip that are actually open, but the location to the beach is perfect.

The location is great and the staff are responsive

Upon arriving the property we had an issue with housekeeping but the staff answered the phone right away and solved it. The unit is within 2 minutes walk to the beach which is absolutely gorgeous. The unit is small but very cozy. The kitchen was perfect and the bed is top notch. The crown of this unit is the amazing shower - they put in a rainfall shower head that is absolutely luxurious. Parking is a bit tight since you have no reserved spots, it's on a first come first serve basis. Public transportation is easily available for the Hollywood downtown area. Overall, we would definitely be coming back.

Misrepresented

Site advertised as including parking but host told us we have to pay $20/day because City changed rules. Our agreement was with property not city so owner should have covered cost as represented. Unit was very small and not well cleaned or supplied with towels etc A disappointment for the price

December stay

This was our second time staying in the unit. We enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Love the closeness to the beach. The pool was refreshing and warm. Also your so close to many things no need for a car.

Wonderful!

The rental is within walking distance to everything you could need. We loved the fact that it was on the end so it was quieter and not super close to all the action. Guy was very accommodating and helped us get into our rental with ease. Thanks!

One of only two Historic Homes that are open to the public on Hollywood Beach. This home was built by the Founder of Hollywood in 1925. It has been totally remodeled and all electric and plumbing updated. This modern yet historic home has all the charm of yesterday but the conveniences of today. We call it Oasis Beach House because when you stay here, you will agree it is an Oasis just steps from our world famous beach and broadwalk and yet quiet and a garden like atmosphere around the pool and pool deck.

What makes this property unique

From the Views of the Ocean to the heated pool (seasonal) and the quiet garden-like setting of our native Coconut Palms surrounding the pool deck with towels for you. Along with a gas grill and table for six, refrigerator and granite top counter you will not want to leave. We have towels poolside for your convenience.
