Need to relax, there’s nowhere better than North Forty Lodge. This vacation rental sits on 40 acres, surrounded by timber and strip pits. Sitting in the heart of Kansas public hunting and fishing land, this home has everything you’ll need including a fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi, smart tv’s, washer/dryer, fireplace (wood included), and outdoor fire pit (wood included). House is fully furnished, stocked with bedding, towels, dishes, cookware, and all basic staples. Just minutes away from Big Brutus!

The pictures do not do this property justice. An absolute beautiful and secluded place. We had a wonderful weekend in a very spacious cabin.

Beautiful Cabin

The inside of the cabin was super nice, comfortable and clean and loved the character of it. Great fire place and fire pit both with pre made fires ready to burn. Host was super communicative. Couple nice ponds with dock. Great internet. The cabin was great place to come back to after being outside all day. Highly recommend.

Perfect Lodge for a Relaxing and Comfortable Stay

Our stay at this lodge was fantastic! It was the perfect place for our two families to relax after long days at the beagle hound trials. The lodge was spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out, and there were plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained—including fishing, board games, and a Super Nintendo that was a big hit!The owner was incredibly accommodating, even coming by to unlock the storm shelter for us when stormy weather rolled in, which gave us great peace of mind. We also appreciated the small but thoughtful touches, like the labeled light switches, which made everything easy to navigate.The beautiful waterfront views made for a peaceful retreat, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this lodge to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay!
