Spacious, Well-Located Apartment - Perfect for a Comfortable Stay!
We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was incredibly spacious, with an open layout that made it feel even larger. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we wanted to explore, yet in a quiet and peaceful area. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The communication with the host was fantastic—quick, clear, and very helpful. Although the listing was for 6 people, and we initially noticed only 2 twin beds and 1 king bed, the owner was very accommodating. They immediately arranged for extra air mattresses to ensure everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. We truly appreciated their flexibility and attention to detail. Highly recommend this place for both the great location and the exceptional host!

Very bad experience with owner
We pretty much only book through Vrbo. Have only had good experiences until this stay.
We booked this location as it was nice and convenient to our family. It is right by train tracks, but it was a nicer location. It has nice feel to it, and is also clean.
There are huge negatives associated with this property.
There is a strong sewer smell when you first walk in.
When we contacted the manger and owner they told us others had complained about the smell. Why they haven’t resolved this before renting it again is hard to understand. It gets worse throughout the day and is overwhelming at night.
Also- they advertised that it sleeps 6. We have 4 kids. We could see that there were 3 beds and assumed they had air mattresses, or roll out cots or anything close to that. They had no option besides the beds. No sheets, additional pillows. Nothing.
Worst part about this property by far - was my interaction with the owner when I brought these concerns to him. He was unwilling to resolve any of our concerns.
It’s understandable that they couldn’t resolve the smell during our stay, but they should have had it resolved before we arrived.
Far worse was the way he treated our sleeping situation. When I asked why he advertised that the place sleeps 6 - he said it was my wife’s fault for booking a place without verifying accuracy. He offered no apology and no resolution at all. Not a discount, not a mattress solution. Nothing. He just blamed us for not doing our research.
