Less than a mile walk to campus, this home is ideal for big ND event weekends. The party-ready yard features a fire pit, BBQ, two dining areas, a lounge set, and plenty of space for pre and post-game fun! Large-screen TVs throughout the home are ideal for sports fans and families. We also include tailgating supplies, such as an ND tent, table, chairs, and coolers! This home is designed to be comfortable and fun for all visiting fans and families!

We are a Notre Dame alum family who loves coming back to games and hosting gatherings/tailgates for our current students on campus!

Why they chose this property

We love the proximity to campus.. It is a great, easy walk to the stadium. Our kids who are in campus dorms can easily walk to and from for events that we host.
