Upper area of Morelia, free of pollution, with a lot of tranquility and quick connection to all areas of the city, just 15 minutes from the center, 5 from the Tec. de Monterrey, 7 from the Altozano shopping center and 10 from Espacio Las Américas. No water problem all year round. Security cameras outside and in the two-car garage, privacy inside. Extreme cleanliness and aesthetics. Total disposition of the host.
