Very nice cozy studio unit located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, located at Gulf Place Resort right across the Beach, with controlled access to the beach. Located on the second floor of the three floor building. One minute to the Beach. Nice boutique stores and restaurants are located at the Gulf Place. Condo has TV set and, ready to accommodate up to 6 people.
