Spacious home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. 2 bedrooms have queen size beds, the third bedroom is perfect for children with two sets of bunk beds (3 twins and 1 full). The property will comfortably sleep 8.

Open-concept kitchen and living room is ideal for gatherings. French doors in the kitchen open up into the sun room, perfect for your morning cup of coffee.

Had a wonderful stay with my family along with my sisters family (4 adults, 4 kids ages 1-8). House was exactly as described /pictured, and had the necessities for a week at the beach. We love this area so we’ll definitely be back!

Ryan’s home is perfect for any trip to York beach. It’s just a short walk to long sands and the location is perfect. The home is clean and very comfortable. This was our groups second year and can’t wait to rent the property again next year.

Being able to walk to the beach was a great plus. We brought our own sheets and towels, but other than that, the cottage had what we needed and was very comfortable.

We had a great week in York staying here. The house was clean and well equipped. There were 6 of us, plenty of room for all of us to hang out. The beds were comfy. It was our second year staying at this house, will definitely be back.

This was a nice stay. The house was pretty clean, and there were some "starter" items there, like toilet paper and paper towels. We had to bring our own linens, towels, etc. For the price point, I personally felt that they should have been included. The house definitely needs some updating, but overall, it was a nice stay and it was quiet and relaxing. Close to the beach, food, and other activities that we wanted to do.

Family Vacation

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. There were 6 of us and it was plenty big enough and met all of our needs. Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and other attractions. Kitchen and living area was a generous size. Beds were comfortable. Bringing our own sheets and towels was a bit inconvenient, but it wouldn't stop me from staying again. In fact, we'd definitely like to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone! Host responded very quickly to a question that I had.

House was an easy 10 min walk to long sands beach. 3 spacious bedrooms and large open kitchen/living room. We grilled and used the fire pit a few times. House was very close to neighbors but never was an issue and not unusual for the area. We had a great week. Only complaint is that the house was not very well cleaned when we checked in.

Great House

We loved the house. It has everything you need. It was especially perfect to travel with older parents. The queen bedroom downstairs was perfect for them. We stayed upstairs and our teens had the other room. It was a short walk to the beach! We utilized the beach cart to lug our stuff down and it worked perfectly. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. It is a little warm upstairs with the air on so I suggest a fan. There is one fan already there! We ordered linens from Cottage Linens and the process was very smooth.

Comfortable, clean, perfect layout!

This was a perfect home for my family for the week. I was impressed with how clean and comfortable the house was. The layout was perfect for our family. I personally loved how well stocked the kitchen was so we could cook meals at the house; I never felt like I was missing anything that I would have at home. First impression was being far away from the beach, but truly it was a very short walk ( and a nice one). I would definitely rent this house again. Ryan was great to work with when I ran into a personal glitch, his understanding and help was much appreciated !!

Cute House

Nice vacation house. Everything worked out great just one problem. The couch was filthy. It looked like a frat house put it on the street and it was re-purposed in the living room. I called Ryan immediately to express my concern. We resolved the issue using his sheets to cover it. I wish I could post pictures. Other than that the house was clean and met expectations.

To far away-needs some repairs

The heat pump leaked the first day and they both smelled like and had mold on the fins. Dishwasher wasn’t fully connected. Location was not good for walking to beach, had to cross a busy road. Host was fast to respond and fixed the heat pump right away but farther from the beach then advertised.
