Located less than a half mile from Long Sands Beach (under a 10 minute walk), this home is the perfect location to enjoy your family/friends while relaxing during your seaside vacation.

Spacious home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. 2 bedrooms have queen size beds, the third bedroom is perfect for children with two sets of bunk beds (3 twins and 1 full). The property will comfortably sleep 8.

Open-concept kitchen and living room is ideal for large gatherings. French doors in the kitchen open up into the sun room, perfect for your morning cup of coffee.

Other amenities included with this home: air conditioning, washer/dryer, outdoor grill, flat screen TV with cable and WiFi internet, DVD player, beach cart, lobster pot, newly installed outdoor firepit, and ample parking for 3 cars.

Beach Week

House was an easy 10 min walk to long sands beach. 3 spacious bedrooms and large open kitchen/living room. We grilled and used the fire pit a few times. House was very close to neighbors but never was an issue and not unusual for the area. We had a great week. Only complaint is that the house was not very well cleaned when we checked in.

Family Vacation

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. There were 6 of us and it was plenty big enough and met all of our needs. Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and other attractions. Kitchen and living area was a generous size. Beds were comfortable. Bringing our own sheets and towels was a bit inconvenient, but it wouldn't stop me from staying again. In fact, we'd definitely like to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone! Host responded very quickly to a question that I had.

The house was lovely, clean, quiet and in a beautiful setting. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed. I highly recommend it.

Labor Day Weekend

Our family enjoyed a nice stay and enjoyed Labor Day weekend in York Beach. The house is in a great location, easy walk.

To far away-needs some repairs

The heat pump leaked the first day and they both smelled like and had mold on the fins. Dishwasher wasn’t fully connected. Location was not good for walking to beach, had to cross a busy road. Host was fast to respond and fixed the heat pump right away but farther from the beach then advertised.

We had a super time. The house was perfect for us. It was clean and in good working order. A/C and some new appliances. Laundry room. 2 nice bathrooms with showers. Half a mile to Long Sands. We would love to stay again.

Annual Family get away in York Beach

Being able to walk to the beach was a great plus. We brought our own sheets and towels, but other than that, the cottage had what we needed and was very comfortable.

Fun Weekend

Three-bedroom house that you need to bring your own linen and paper products (TP and Paper towels). Close to the beach and other activities. Nice screened in deck. Overall a good stay and place to spend the weekend.

This house was great. Spacious and clean. Quiet street. Had everything we needed. So glad there was AC as we had a very hot week. Upstairs bedrooms were hot though. Could have used a couple fans. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic house!

My husband and I rented this house with our two boys (ages 3 and 6) and it was PERFECT! The location was great, short walk to the beach, very quiet neighborhood. The house was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed! I would absolutely rent this place again ☺

Great location and plenty of space

We stayed here with two young children and another couple and had a great stay. Plenty of space and clean, and the open floor plan downstairs is perfect for young kids. Quiet neighborhood that is convenient to shops, Nubble lighthouse, and both beaches. ~10-15 minute walk to the heart of Long Sands and you don't need to walk on any busy roads. Would stay again!

Great place for four adults. We loved the location. Ryan was easy to contact and rapidly answered our questions. Short walk gets you to the lovely beach in York, they have even left a beach cart to make it easy to take your stuff to then beach. Well worth tge stay

Nicely appointed inside

The house is nicely appointed inside for the price point. The photos do not show how close the adjacent houses are but that is typical of beach area homes. I missed having an outdoor patio or deck and outdoor shower but it was clear there are none in the listing. The back area is heavily shaded and needs a spruce up so we didn’t use.The porch screens need work so we didn’t spend time there. Air conditioning units were great as was water pressure. Thank you.
