Wife is from Bellevue and Lifetime WWU Alumni. Career took her to DC where she met and marry hubby. She retired young so that she cousins last years of her parents lives (best buddies) who lived in Washington. She is a retired VP of Global Ops, and now is volunteer, dog activist, Philatelist, Rock Hound, and Writer. She loves having rental places in Mexico because 99% of people have been awesome.
She is social and wants everyone that rents to give 10/10!
Husband is retired Associate Dean and Professor of Architecture who is incredible landlord, ensuring that any need or reasonable desire is met in timely manner. He is from east coast but has lived at Lake Whatcom and Mexico since 2008. He is charming and great cook.
Both are dog and tree lovers, and want to be worthy of renters highest esteem.

Why they chose this property
Wow! It’s best lot on Lake Whatcom and as conservationists and tree lovers, along with enjoying boating, swimming, fishing and hiking, could find anything close! Like privacy. Great neighbors but want to be viewing and listening to nature versus homes, jet skis, others music, fireworks, and dogs barking.
What makes this property unique
All you can see is lake and forest! Large and private! On south end where it isn’t super loud and crowded. If renters aren’t happy (hasn’t happened yet) or emergency occurs, we give full reimbursement. We go out of our way, probably too much to exceed expectations and have repeat visitors. Extremely inexpensive. Offer additional services such as boat, tours, and catering.
