This charming new townhome is perfect for your family and friends to spread out and enjoy. The front door is on the first floor, and the two-story layout provides plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the views from the decks off the first and second floors.
The master bedroom is on the second floor with attached private bathroom with his and her sinks and a shower. There's a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom upstairs, and another bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom downstairs.
Originally settled over a century ago, Gruene is a snapshot of Texas culture and history coming to life. With 15 walkable acres designated a National Historic District, visitors can shop, dine, and dance within the walls of the original township buildings.

Use of the entire property for your enjoyment.

The construction of this property was completed in April 2024. Although the Guadalupe River is in the backyard, there is currently no direct access or staircase down to the river, however, access is on the neighboring lot.

Getting around in Gruene is fast and convenient. Walking, vehicle, or golf cart. A vehicle will take one minute to arrive at Gruene Hall.
Each suit is issued three (3) parking passes for property parking. Additional free parking is available across from Gruene Hall.
The deck/patio area is accessible by both townhomes.
All guests agree to the HOUSE RULES upon booking.
Please note: A government ID may be requested at any time during your stay.
Make/model/lic plate must be submitted to the host for parking. (3) Three vehicles maximum on property.
Fireworks, fire pits, and candles are prohibited.
Please do not prepare overly AROMATIC FOODS such as curry, cabbage or fish noodles in the home. An additional ozone cleaning fee may be incurred.
Adding additional person to a reservation is $65.00 per person per night.
