Our spacious 3-bedroom house offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and relaxation. Two spacious living room areas, a dedicated office space, and furnished patio area with table, chairs, and a fire pit. Short drive away from most popular attractions, our house is a 10-minute drive from downtown, 8-minute drive from outlet mall, 20-minute drive from Gruene Hall, 15- minute drive from river tubing destinations, 20-minute drive from Wimberley, and 3-minute drive from Purgatory Creek Park.

Welcome to our charming 2-story home, boasting 2,286 square feet of comfortable living space, nestled in a serene residential neighborhood.
Within our two story house you’ll find the master bedroom downstairs with a bathroom attached that has a walk in shower. Also downstairs is our office, kitchen, large living room, and another half bathroom. Upstairs is another living room space, along with the two bedrooms with queen beds.
This is an ideal retreat for family or friends to unwind, explore local attractions, or simply enjoy the property itself. Picture yourself waking up to a peaceful Saturday morning stroll or hosting a delightful cookout with loved ones.
The tranquil neighborhood adds to the appeal, with sightings of deer, lovely homes, friendly neighbors, and the opportunity to savor a relaxed yet enjoyable day at home.
