The Neighborhood:
Located on the southern edge of downtown proper known as SoBro (South of Broadway) this home puts you right in the heart of Nashville and within 10 mins of most anything this wonderful city has to offer. Broadway is a 7-8 block walk and there are some great restaurants and coffee shops within a couple blocks. Some of our favorites are Pinewood Social, Husk, and Crema Coffee.

Parking - The building has paid parking spots for $25 a night and there is typically plenty of free street parking in the area.

The building is up against a freeway. With all the doors and windows shut you can barely hear the traffic, but just want to make sure we note this in the case there is some very very light sleepers looking at this property.
