Family Time

We had a small family reunion in town and this was the perfect place to stay. Very nice, clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone!

Great location to visit from out of town family.

This house was a great location for me to come back to where I grew up and visit family. It is difficult to find a place in rural Indiana for a family to stay and have a little room to relax in. This home was perfect for it. This is an older home and that is what I expected. It does have its own personality for sure. It was a perfect fit for what I needed.

Hi there! My name is Sarah, I am born and raised in Indy and travel the country as a Performance Artist. I am a stilt walker and fire dancer, and a professional pedicabber. I love to adventure and travel, as well as hike and spend time near water. I have lived in Hawaii, Los Angeles, and Nashville Tennessee and will always call Indiana home!

Why they chose this property

I love Pendleton, it is a quiet town that has a lot of small businesses growing as well as elders and younger families. The park is beautiful and I love that my house is just a short walk to anywhere you need to go in Pendleton. It's also right off the highway so a quick drive to the music center in Noblesville and downtown.

What makes this property unique

This property is not your average modern home! The kitchen and bathroom have custom made glitter cabinets and each room has a nature theme meant to inspire the imagination and create a peaceful environment. We have a honeybee room with a honeycomb wall, a butterfly room with a beautiful display of butterflies from Peru right outside the room, and lastly the third bedroom is meant to inspire travel and adventure.
