Beautiful 4-Bedroom Family Home with Hot Tub in Heart of Austin
Welcome to your perfect getaway in Austin! This spacious and family-friendly home boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a wealth of amenities to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Our property is ideally situated 15 min from the Airport in the vibrant and eclectic East Austin neighborhood, offering a blend of urban excitement and residential tranquility.
THE SPACE:
• 4 Bedrooms: Comfortable and beautifully decorated, each room is designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. There is 1 King bed & 2 Queen beds upstairs with 2 twin beds on the main level (one of the twins is a pullout daybed under the other). There are also 3 floor mattresses that are great for kids because they are slightly smaller than a twin and 2 pack-n-play cribs.
• 3 Bathrooms: Modern and fully equipped with all the essentials. (2 full bathrooms upstairs, and 1 full bathroom on the main level).
• Hot Tub: Relax and unwind in our private hot tub after a day of exploring Austin.
• Outdoor Living Spaces: Enjoy the Texas sunshine in our numerous private outdoor areas, perfect for family gatherings or a quiet morning coffee. Sit around either of the 2 fire pits, enjoy a BBQ at the picnic table, or have a friendly game of horseshoes or cornhole – there’s something for everyone.
• Amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and more to ensure a home-like experience.
• Children’s Playroom: Let the kiddos explore the playroom so they can enjoy the stay just as much as the adults.
