3brd Gorgeous Home Nestled in Guiones
Located in the heart of Guiones at a walking distance to restaurants, shops, cafes and at a 5 minute drive from Guiones Beach, Coronado is a modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property designed to accommodate up to 6 guests for an unforgettable stay.
Featuring high ceilings, open spaces, a fully-stocked kitchen, spacious living area and a stunning outdoor space with a private pool,Coronado is an ideal option for those looking to stay in a great location with easy access to all major activities.
While Coronado is conveniently located near all attractions, it is still far from the more touristic and busy areas of Guiones. The property is also located in a quiet cul-de-sac by the main road making it quite private and pleasant.
A modern and clean design is featured throughout the house, making each and every room feel airy and spacious. Rooms provide jungle views (one king, one queen and two singles) and are equipped with modern furnishings and independent A/C units. The living space holds the TV area and an open plan fully-equipped kitchen. In the backyard guests will find the pool as well as a beautiful outdoor dining area. There is a private property guard on watch from 5-10 pm every day.

While Costa Rica does have many of the conveniences you are accustomed to having at home, navigating a foreign country can feel a bit tricky. For that reason, we’re here to help curate your experience and itinerary to be the best it can be. From booking surf lessons and ATV tours, to arranging your rental car or shuttle, to organizing your private chef and massages, we’re here for you. Please note that these services are at an additional cost and subject to availability.
Security
Nosara is absolutely a wonderful community and we can't wait to share all the good things that it has to offer. We care a great deal about our clients and for that reason, we also want to make you aware of one of the very few downsides to Nosara: petty theft (they usually are out for your cash and your belongings as in any other tourism area). We would like to understand the dynamics of the group, so we can take care of you, put you in the right house and downsize the chance of you having any issues with this. Please feel free to inquire for more information. If not included, the property manager can arrange a dinner guard at an additional cost. The guest is responsible for securing and protecting their personal belongings and valuables left in and around the Property and for ensuring that all security features available are enabled every time they leave the Property.
Internet and Electricity
In the jungle, the utility infrastructure is unpredictable. There may be power, phone, and/or internet outages and interruptions in service. The Guest should not leave electronics plugged in during rainstorms. There isno guarantee that the Internet will always work. We have an excellent mobile phone signal with Kolbi and data rates are very reasonable. If internet access always is crucial, we encourage you to bring an unlocked phone and get a Kolbi SIM card.Please note that the Homeowner nor the Property Manager has no control over these situations and no refunds or discounts will be offered for outages or interruptions to these services. If there's any problem with the Property, please report it to the Property Manager.
Water
During the dry season months of December through April, the Property may have low water pressure due to temporary or scheduled water outages. We will do our best to notify Guests of any interruptions in water service or regularly scheduled water shut-offs.
Jungle creatures
We make every effort to present a well-cleaned home for your arrival. However, it is a jungle out there and nature can move in at any time. The Homeowners and Property Manager are not responsible for the fumigation or removal of insects that may enter the Property during the Guest's stay.Even though the house is regularly fumigated on a maintenance schedule, expect to see ants, beetles, spiders, and other assorted insects year-round. Bugs are especially active during the rainy season, May through November. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, please keep food wrapped, store it in the refrigerator, clean kitchen counters and screen doors closed at all times (particularly at night).
Refunds
No refunds will be given for natural disasters, water outages, internet outages, security breaches, personal property losses, or nearby construction noise. This area is a rapidly growing community. There is no guarantee there will not be construction nearby.
Insurance
We encourage all Guests to purchase Traveler Insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or other issues that may prohibit Guests from traveling or fulfilling Rental terms.
