No 4WD is required but recommended during the winter and only 5 minutes from the quaint town of Bailey.
Featuring two bedrooms with king and queen beds and a newly updated modern bathroom, Serenity Ponds Cabin combines rustic charm with contemporary comfort. This retreat is perfect for a couple's getaway, nature lovers, or outdoor adventurers. Outside, you'll find a picturesque stocked trout pond, ideal for fishing (catch and release) or unwinding by the water on one of two inviting decks. You will feel like you've stepped into your own private resort.
Walk to Payne Gulch trailhead. We are within minutes of dozens more trails giving you easy access to hundreds of miles of trails for hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, and horseback riding. You can visit several stunning nearby lakes. Wellington Lake, Chessman Lake, and Tarryall Reservoir.
Unwind in the luxurious 4-person hot tub nestled within the aspen trees, step into the barrel sauna with views of the water and mountains. Lounge in Serenity Ponds robes and slippers. Bring your yoga mat or use one of ours we provide.

-For a culinary experience enjoy cooking in your full gourmet kitchen or outside on the Blackstone., Don’t want to cook? Visit Aspen Peak Cellars for wine tasting and a wonderful meal while sitting along the river. How about a cold craft beer and some good food? Head over to Craft Mountain Brewing. Both are just seven minutes away, or enjoy the famous South Park Coney Island, only 5 minutes from the cabin. One of our favorite places is 2 Dads with outstanding food for dine-in, an awesome riverfront deck or take-out just 5 minutes away. Shaggy Sheep is another star restaurant of the area you’ll want to check out. Just 10 minutes up the road in Shawnee. Breakfast and coffee? Off the Rails coffee is fantastic for a latte and a scone! A fun tasty place for breakfast is Cutthroat Café.

-We charge an additional $20 per guest when booked for more than 2 people. This covers the additional cleaning, hot tub, and sauna maintenance.

-NO parties. Quiet hours start at 10:00 pm.

-NO smokers period. No smoking inside, No smoking outside on the property. This includes tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vapes, pens, etc. Unfortunately, we’ve had to implement a strict policy due to guests not respecting our house rules. If you are a smoker and book our property you will be asked to leave and find another property. If there is any evidence of smoke including burns, smell, or discarded butts we will fine you 500 dollars and file a complaint through Airbnb.

-NO Animals allowed. We love animals but don’t allow at our property. If you try to sneak an animal in you will be asked to leave and find other lodging. You will also be fined $500 for a deep cleaning fee and we will file a complaint with Airbnb. We do allow service animals with updated proper documentation and no previous rental issues.

-If you try to have more than 4 people staying you will be asked to leave. We have a strict policy due to county regulations and being limited by septic and water well.

-We communicate with our guests after booking and before check-in to customize your stay. If communicating after booking is not for you then we ask for you to book a different property.
