I rent for season a beautiful house, newly built, modern style, with electric fence, alarm, monitored. All curtained, with 6 (six) bedrooms, 3 (three) suites, 4 (bedrooms) with air, all with double bed Box and 1 traditional double bed and 1 single bed, and a double mattress, cabinets. 1 Extra room with a double bed and a single bed. But 2 double inflatable mattress, with exit to a large balcony. Large and well-ventilated room, at the bottom contains a social bathroom, full kitchen containing stove, electric oven, electric water cooler, microwave, grill, frizer and refrigerator. The whole house is curtained, covered garage for 1 car and approximately 8 cars uncovered, front and side garden, grassy yard and a beautiful vegetable garden. We do not allow animals or smoking inside the residence. We allow a maximum of 15 people. Above 10 people we charge an additional 50.00 reais per night per person.
