With close proximity to not only the beach, but also tennis courts, pickleball, basketball court, beachfront pool, restaurants, bar and playground, this beachy condo is the perfect place for your trip to the Low Country and extended winter stays!

Upon entering, you'll find brand new flooring throughout the main living areas and bedrooms. Additionally, the open floor plan and bright decor give the whole unit a welcoming vibe. Furthermore, the living area is complete with comfy furniture and Smart TV. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal and the dining table has seating for six.

Beach & Tennis G09 can sleep up to six guests comfortably in its two bedrooms on the Queen size bed in bedroom 1 and the full and twin beds in bedroom 2 as well a sofa bed in the living room. Both bathrooms have showers and were recently updated. Furthermore, both bedrooms have their own smart TVs. The living room offers sleeping for 2 on a sofa bed.
