• All the guests must provide clear passport copy at least 48 hours prior to check in to register with the building reception & Department of Tourism.

• Check-in after 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM.

• No smoking inside the apartment or building premises.
• No parties or events allowed.
• Respectful behaviour towards neighbours' and property.
• Maximum occupancy as per booking details.
• Pets not allowed.
• Commercial use not allowed .

➤ Additional Notes:

• The paid cleaning will be done after your departure.
• If you need daily cleaning you can order it for extra charge. Two days notice will be required

• In any stay longer than a week , the apartment needs to be cleaned weekly which will be an additional charge of AED 160 per week per cleaning.
