This is one of our personal homes, so we are fully stocked + have everything you should need! If you would like something special, please let us know! It is occupied when not rented.

In spring and summer is snows pollen! While we do spray everything down, it’s a Savannah curse unfortunately!

About Sleeping arrangements/max guests:

Tinker main house we can sleep 6 in beds unless you want to sleep on the couch or use air mattress and add more people, which we are okay with up to 8. There is an air mattress there if needed.

The Studio has room for 4 people, including a queen bed + pull out couch.

Age requirements: 25+ must be on site.
No college groups without preapproval. Please message me first.

All about the Tinker Townhouse:

We are on the left side of the townhouse building, and have private parking, marshside backyard + garage access. Our street at high tide has access for paddle boarding and kayaking.

The main floor has access to a large open living space, eat in area right off the kitchen for perfect family meals. There's a half bath with a stand up shower and laundry closet on the main floor. A large screened in porch leads down to a private backyard space that walks out to the beautiful marsh. There’s a fire pit and seating around for everyone with gorgeous marsh views.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, including a master suite with a private bath and balcony that also overlooks the marsh. There is also a separate full bath for the two bedrooms up stairs.

Our house is a total of three floors, including the garage/entry with studio apt, all decorated peacefully and simply with comfortable furnishings and decor. There is an outside shower to wash off the sand after beach adventures and green space in the front and back to grill out and relax with your family. The bottom porch is totally screened in, has beautiful views and a small table to relax with morning coffee to watch the sunrise. The house has DirectTV, washer and dryer, WiFi and has all the amenities needed.
