Come check out this studio unit in the Fontaine Bleau Terrace, one of Panama City Beach's most recognizable & iconic landmarks right on the water. This centrally located condo is located on "the strip" in walking distance to some of the most popular restaurants and attractions, Hear the sounds of the Gulf from the balcony or walk down to the beach to watch the sunset. There is a pool on-site overlooking the gulf giving guests the best of both worlds.
Small studio with all the conveniences of home! With a kitchenette nook with an open seating area, dining area for 2, and queen bed, you'll feel like you're in an old style motel room back in the good old days. A bathroom is situated in the back of the unit with a door for privacy. Perfect for a weekend getaway, this well maintained space is a cozy retreat you'll love to relax in to prep for more fun in the sun!

It is directly across from the Hidden Lagoon putt putt golf and racetrak amusement center and a short drive to Pier Park or about 15 minutes to St. Andrew's State Park. Walk across the street into residential neighborhoods or enjoy the hustle and bustle of front beach road in all the action.
Open parking beach side, in front of and to the side of the condo. Uber or Lyft from the airport and around. Walking distance to great restaurants, entertainment and shops.
Please note, only starter amenities are provided, you will need to purchase additional toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent etc.

Parking Details:
- A complimentary parking pass for one vehicle is included with your stay. Please note that this pass must be displayed visibly on your vehicle's dashboard at all times to avoid towing.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
