This lovely second-floor condo, Pelican Inlet's D228 will really make you feel like you are at the beach. The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has a recently renovated kitchen with beautiful tile & upgraded cabinets. A screened-in balcony faces the courtyard & is perfect for morning coffee or evening beverages. You may want to stroll to the fishing dock and boat ramp located on the Intracoastal Waterway where you will experience spectacular sunsets or you can try out your fishing skills. Dolphins, manatees, & sailboats can be seen there as well. Boat parking on condo property is provided. The pool has a large deck & gas grills for your use. Tennis courts have been recently refurbished. It is just a short walk across the street to one of the most beautiful & quiet beaches on the East Coast. Marineland is just a short drive and it's only a 15-minute drive to old St. Augustine. Shopping & restaurants are plentiful in this area. Private Wi-Fi Included.
