Amazing location to bring the whole family!! Pool & the beach across the street!! This spacious condo has 2 large bedroom suites and 2 full baths. The open-concept living area with a Queen sofa bed, dining table & fully equipped kitchen. The master suite & living areas have private balconies with sweeping Gulf Views & TV’s. You'll have everything you need with access to resort amenities, a well equipped kitchen, laundry in the unit, beach essentials, parking for one vehicle and high speed Wi-Fi. The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located on the top floor of the building, accessed by elevator with an interior entrance off the hallway. We have electronic locks for your convenience throughout your stay. Upon entering the condo, you will see the balcony across the main open living space, with sweeping Gulf views. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials needed to cook meals at the condo. In the hallway there is a laundry closet with washer & dryer. A Queen sofa bed sleeps 2 in the living area, King master suite with amazing views and attached full bathroom with double sinks. The second bedroom is a Queen bedroom suite with TV and access to a full bathroom. Added value with all your beach essentials covered including beach towels, chairs, umbrella and a beach buggy and a paid parking space included for one vehicle!!

- This is a completely no smoking property, there is no smoking inside OR on balcony
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supply must be purchased by guests. Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- Please be respectful of others by being reasonably quiet between the hours of 10pm and 8am (in the condo, on the balcony, in the halls, etc)
