Why they chose this property
Baileys Mistake is an iconic spot with lots of history. The property sits 30th from the open ocean with spectacular views of eagles, seals and occasionally whales and sharks. At low tide you can walk out to the island and explore. My absolute FAVORITE part of the property is listening to the rolling waves, with the windows open, as I fall asleep. It’s unforgettable.
What makes this property unique
This remote and very private property has been refinished and remodeled head to toe over the past 3 years. It’s perfect for a couple because it’s all top story (third floor) living. It’s also perfect for families because there are two additional en-suite bedrooms on the second floor. If additional space is needed the couch on the second floor living area pulls out to a bed.
