The living room features a 100 inch projection TV with surround sound, providing additional space for relaxation and rejuvenation. Whether you're exploring the vibrant city, surfing some of the best breaks in CA, or enjoying a day at the beach, this cozy retreat is the perfect base for your adventures. This home also provides extra storage onsite that will fit up to 4 bikes, a wetsuit, or surfboard. Parking is abundant in front of the house on the street within a safe, quiet neighborhood. Access to trails is a short 10 minute walk that leads you to a variety of trials weaving through the redwoods and along a small stream. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
