TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!
Our stay was terrible. When we got to our room we immediately noticed our refer wasn't working, nor were the t,v.'s working. We called the front desk and they said they would send somebody up but they couldn't tell us when. They said we could leave the room, but do not put the do not disturb sign on. Ok. We came back 4 hours later and nobody had come. We went down to the front desk and spoke to the manager and she said she would send somebody right up. 10 minutes a guy came up and fixed the t,v.'s, but he said he was not allowed to even look at the fridge, that was the owners responsibility. S o all our food was going bad and there wasn't even any ice machines in the hotel. We stayed one night and left the next morning. We are senior citizens on a fixed income and we really can't afford to spend a lot of money and have this happen to us. We hope you can do something about this. Also we do not want a free room next time we come to Vegas.

The owner forgot to inform the property that we were staying thus we were delayed in getting checked in. The comforter was ripped and had no duvet. There was no house cleaning. Wouldn’t recommend.
PRO:Fantastic View. We will return for the view alone. Absolutely spectacular! Close proximity to strip and points of interest.Connected to the Palms by indoor walkway. The Palms has restaurants ranging from a 24-hour McDonald's to fine dining.Complimentary valet and bellhop service. We experienced technical difficulties with one of the two TVs, however, when I messaged our host the issue was remedied almost immediately. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub; it fit two adults comfortably. The tub is inside the rain shower and was pawsome. CON: The fridge is smaller than pictured. Looks like it used to be a mini-bar fridge; no filtered water or ice available except through The Palms Place Lounge which closes at 2000.Bed was not super comfortable. Felt like an upscale futon.Older building showing its age. A few chips on furniture. Found a hair in the tub upon check-in and a pink silk robe on the closet floor that did not appear to be complimentary or for our use. We had a little difficulty getting the tub drain to stay closed but we were still able to enjoy the tub.Only the Palms Place Lounge provides room service. (None of the restaurants in the Palms provided room service to Palms Place during our stay). The Palms pool closes during Winter season. We did a pre-check in at 1300. The front desk receptionist told us that we would receive a text once the room was clean, however we never received a text (not necessarily a con but more of a miscommunication).
