About this property

Nestled up on a hill overlooking Seneca Lake, watch the sunset while laying in bed or from your own patio with a fire crackling. We are local hosts and will make sure you have an amazing stay! Everything you could want to do in the Finger Lakes will be at your fingertips. Wineries galore, two even just next door, multiple breweries nearby, minutes to the lake, 15 minutes to downtown Watkins Glen, 10 minutes to hiking trails at the national forest, or stay in, relax, and enjoy the view!

The cabin has everything you need and nothing you don't! A premium Nectar hybrid mattress with ultra soft bedding will ensure you have a great night sleep. With fiber internet, smart TV, Marshall bluetooth speaker, full bathroom and a kitchenette with mini fridge and cooktop, you'll be perfectly comfortable during your time exploring this beautiful part of the country.

We provide premium instant coffee, tea, sugar and creamer. We also provide olive oil, pots/pans and utensils for cooking. There is a hot water gooseneck kettle if you would like to bring your own coffee device as well. We do not provide firewood but there are plenty of places nearby where it is available for purchase. Outdoor grilling utensils for the firepit are provided.

The mini split is under your full control and cools/heats the cabin quickly. The water is municipal and potable. Unlimited supply of hot water.

There are a total of 5 cabins on the 16 acre property. Each cabin is at least 65ft apart from one another. The photos you see are the photos of the cabin you will be staying at. Two Day Watkins Glen Stay

We had a great experience at this little tiny home/cabin. It was just enough space for the two of us. We loved the view of the lake from both our bed and the Adirondack chairs. We loved the little touches of the string lights and the kitchenette. So many wineries and breweries all within a 5 minute drive which made the location very convenient. Would definitely return!

Wonderful Long Weekend

The cozy cabin was perfect for a long weekend trip to the Finger Lakes! Just like the welcome book said the cabin has everything you need and nothing you don’t! We loved waking up to the beautiful view of the lake! The location is ideal - close to local wineries, breweries and the distillery! It is a short drive to Watkins Glen. The cabin has so much to offer, we’re just disappointed we couldn’t stay longer with less rainy weather to take advantage of the peaceful setting with a fire under the bistro lights.

Lovely little getaway

My partner and I decided to get out of the city, enjoy some wine, and take a few hikes. The place was very clean, and our host was wonderful. Christen and her family made it very accommodating. Can’t wait to be back!

We love getting outdoors with our two boys and camping, hiking, road trips, kayaking, and finding some water to jump in to.

There is always so much to do and explore. Between the wineries, the breweries, hiking trails, the music and art scene, the racetrack, and you are never too far from a beautiful waterfall or a big sky sunset view.

Being so close to to many activities but yet feeling tucked away, all while offering a gorgeous view of the lake and a sunset. This little cabin is a great way to disconnect and feel close to nature without sacrificing comfort.
