**Important Update for Sanibel Surfside Reopening: We are excited to welcome you back, reopening for the first time since Hurricane Ian. While we're working hard to restore all amenities, please note that some facilities may not be available during your stay. Currently, the pool, tennis & pickleball courts, and grills are unavailable, and the beach boardwalk may not be completed by the time of your visit. We expect these amenities to be restored by mid-2025, though the exact timeline is still pending. In the meantime, guests can access the beach via a side path through Sanibel Surfside, leading to the Donax St. beach access. Please reach out to confirm pool access and any pending updates to the Sanibel Surfside complex. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to restore these amenities, and we look forward to providing you with a full Surfside experience soon! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom end unit features 1 King bed and 2 Twin beds, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. With 1425 square feet of living space, there’s plenty of room to relax and unwind. The condo boasts two large screened and glass-enclosed lanais, perfect for enjoying the expansive ocean views, rain or shine. Recently completely renovated and upgraded with new furnishings and decor throughout, this unit offers a luxurious and comfortable retreat unlike any typical rental condo. A 7-night minimum stay is required, with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only. This property is truly a special getaway on Sanibel Island, offering the best views and a serene setting for a memorable vacation.

No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience. NO cabana use.
Smoking is prohibited (including e-cigs/vaping). NO SMOKING anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. WE ARE NOW A 100% SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY.
