Please note that this house has five bedrooms on the second floor and four on the third floor, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

You will have access to the whole duplex house! You will also have access to the 2-car garage and four driveway spots. If you need extra parking, you can park on the grass in between the driveway in the house, or choose free parking on a side street.
