Our spacious common areas are perfect for entertaining guests or relaxing with family, while the finished basement features a comfy couch, air hockey table, and a 150-inch movie screen. Each bedroom has been beautifully decorated for your comfort. Please note that this house has five bedrooms on the second floor and four on the third floor, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

You will have access to the whole duplex house! You will also have access to the 2-car garage and four driveway spots. If you need extra parking, you can park on the grass in between the driveway in the house, or choose free parking on a side street.

You will be staying in the historic Magnolia-Wade Park neighborhood, and within walking distance to all the activities that University Circle has to offer - restaurants, bars, world-class museums, the orchestra… you are also only a few minutes drive to downtown Cleveland and Edgewater Beach.

After booking, you will receive a renters agreement via email to sign and there will be a security hold of $500.00 placed on your credit card, similar to what hotels do for incidentals. The security hold will be automatically and fully refunded 3 days after your stay if you do not cause excess cleaning or damage during your stay.
