Upstairs, on the second floor, you will find the main living space that opens to blend the kitchen, dining room, living room, and two of the balconies all together. On the third floor, you will find all 3 of the bedrooms and both full-sized bathrooms as well as a private balcony tied to the primary suite and second bedroom. Elevator access is available to transport to any of the floors for easy accessibility.

Located on the main floor this chef-inspired kitchen offers a large island, a cooktop, upgraded appliances, and an espresso machine. The dining room sits directly next to the kitchen and accommodates a table for six while the kitchen island offers seating for 2 more. Just off the dining room, you will find the family room with a Smart TV which boasts the view outside and seamlessly blends with the balcony via the sliding glass doors. On the balcony there is also a table that can accommodate seating for Eight for dinner with a view. For convenience, there is also a half bath on this level.

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
